About Shane Cuthbert
When he attended Quakers Hill primary school, Shane Cuthbert brought a knife to school and stabbed a girl in the neck. He was sent to Redbank House, a psychiatric hospital for children. Around the same time he was featured on A Current Affair in 1999 for being Australia’s most out of control child.
During his 20’s, he married a model named Berenger Rose who he physically, sexually and emotionally abused. After trying to break her legs in 2015, he filmed her begging him to stop hurting her, demanding to show the bruises on her legs he was proud to have created. He threatened to kill her family should she go to police.
She remained his captive for another 9 months before neighbours intervened and he was arrested and the footage was sent to A Current Affair, making Shane Cuthbert renowned as ‘Australia’s Most Evil Husband’ in 2016.
In 2018 Cuthbert started trafficking the drug ICE and became the major supplier in Cairns.
In 2019 he became a police informant to avoid prosecution.
In 2020 he registered two fake charities with the ACNC, one of which was called ‘Domestic Violence Anonymous’ to con members of parliament into thinking he was an expert in the DV space and to reverse his image.
In 2020 Berenger divorced him and police made an ADVO order to prohibit him from making adverse comments about her online.
In 2021 he copied and pasted the entire content of his friends eBooks to pass them of as his own and started volunteering with the Australian Labor Party.
In 2022 he was kicked out of the ALP once they discovered his history. He tried to sue them but lost. He tried addressing QLD parliament but was banned when his links to organised crime were discovered.
In 2023 he was recorded admitting to his crimes and plans to manipulate influential people and pervert the course of justice. He was exposed the following month of A Current Affair for his fraudulent charities and fake award nominations he had nominated himself for and photoshopped certificates.
In 2024 he was exposed on A Current Affair again this time for threatening his political opponent Jeremy Neal and his elderly neighbour across the street. The same year he ran for Cairns council in Division 4 and then in October he ran for the seat of Cairns in QLD state parliament election.
As of 2025, he says he intends to run for future elections and claims to be writing a book aimed at discrediting Berenger Rose and painting himself as the victim.

Shane Cuthbert laughs about infiltrating every aspect of society. He talks about being a member of various law associations where he attends to get pictures with magistrates and judges. He explains that if he goes before one of these judicial officers as a defendant and the case isn’t going his way, he can produce the photos to claim a conflict of interest so that judicial officer will have to recuse themselves.

Shane Cuthbert admits to running a business under his partner (Georgia Rosandich) name to avoid scrutiny due to his criminal record. He reveals he invested proceeds of crime into the venture and used Georgia’s name to secure licensing. He describes controlling the business from behind the scenes and threatening to burn it down if she cuts him out. He boasts about self-nominating for awards, manipulating systems, and using intimidation to maintain power.

Shane Cuthbert brags about placing dead animals on his neighbour’s front door step and car windshield as revenge for complaining about Shane’s loud parties. He brags about taunting police after a raid, and building fake business websites to create the illusion of criminal sophistication. He admits to collecting Centrelink while claiming to run multiple ventures and manipulating how others perceive him to appear more powerful and dangerous than he is.
🔊Blackmailing Parliament to be like Adolf Hitler
Shane Cuthbert talks about his obsession with wanting to manipulate and blackmail the Queensland parliament to get his way and become the ultimate controller of the state, the country and the world to be like Hitler. He says Debbie Kilroy laughed when he told her about his wife, that Pat O’Shane doesn’t care about his past but is only interested in using him to research her PhD and that Cairns Councillor Rob Pyne is easily taken advantage of and is desperate for supporters.

Shane Cuthbert admits he volunteers to gain votes and plans to run for state parliament with support from a political team helping him manage scandals. He confirms there is video evidence of bruises from a past domestic violence case but says people stay silent because they’re unsure how to react. He relies on his credibility and connections to prevent media scrutiny and believes journalists are too afraid to challenge him due to past legal threats.
